The Competence Center

The center houses leading players in the maritime industry and creates a unique environment for collaboration, research, and value creation. Here, businesses, education, and technology meet to shape the maritime solutions of the future.

ESG and Sustainability

Right from the planning of the building at Borgundvegen 340, the owners have had ambitious goals for a sustainable building.

The story of the Norwegian Maritime Competence Center started in April 2008 as a result of discussions between the Westre Group and Rolls-Royce.
